Vintage eBay Scout Auctions This Weekend

Now that I'm home from Orlando its time to dive into 2025. Monday my son goes back to school and our family returns to normal time with a regular schedule. I am starting my 12 Week Year with time blocking as one of my productivity hacks. I'm sure the first week will be a challenge to stay on the plan. But I'm excited to try new concepts out and all this fits with my current practice of keeping a bullet journal.

Boy Scout Memorabilia Auctions on eBay

What you guys should see from this focus is a return to weekly unboxing videos. I put that as one of my three goals for this 12 week sprint. I've set aside 3 hours over a few days during the blocks to film, edit and publish a new video. Plus this encourages me not to let these small collections I pick up to sit on a shelf.

Patchblanket eBay Santeeswapper Store

On eBay I have 48 auctions running on some of the better pieces I picked out at the end of year. My main goal over the next three months is to build out my listing calendar to give myself a bank of listings scheduled and ready. In the warehouse we are currently processing JSPs, neckerchiefs and OA. So look for much of that to hit the store in January and Feburary.

I saw on Facebook that we lost Dave Minnihan this week. I appreciated Daves many years of contributing to hobby articles and working at his local camp in CA. I wrote Tuesday about this being over 15 years that I have been writing this newsletter. So I know it was people like Dave and MANY others that recognized that any energy we can put into sharing our knowledge is good for the hobby.
