In less than three weeks I will be hosting the 5th Annual Charlotte TOR the weekend of Oct 14-15. The show this year will feature a memorabilia display to attract and educate the Scouts attending. We will also have silent auctions running with help from Chris Jensen.
For those of you that are customers of mine for Best Hobby Pages I'd like to share that my printer has shipped me resupplies on all card sizes. As soon as they arrive this week I'll inspect them and then update the availability on the site. This paper supply shortage (COVID!X$#) has caused me to rethink how I am sourcing the cards for the envelopes. I'm researching ways to make sure this never happens again.
Today an old friend is coming to visit me in the warehouse to help me sort. Greg McDaniel is a Philmont collector and agreed to spend a few hours this AM helping me sort out my tub of high adventure patches. He "speaks the language" on Philmont and can help me sort everything into similiar piles and tell me when I have buried treasure.
Today I am off to the storage unit that I recently rented in order to get the shelves up and ready. Over the next few days I'll hopefully have all the Best Hobby Pages boxes moved over to this climate controlled unit and that will free up an entire office in the warehouse for me to use as a listing station. I can't wait for that!
