Yesterday I had a guy visit my warehouse that I've been talking to for several months. We amicably made a deal for me to purchase his collection that was full of stuff from my area. He was a lodge chief about 20 years ago in a lodge from my section so his collection overlapped mine a little but he had great dupes that are new to me.
This weekend on eBay I have some heavy hitters ending at auction including some of the rarest OA I have listed in 2023. For my business this is the time of unboxings so I'm doing lots of sorting and listing. Over on OApatch you can find more Georgia OA that I have ending at auction.
This afternoon I'm headed to Camp Coker so that I can attend the Induction Weekend for Muscogee 116. I am happy to see the camp fill up and to help with some cheerful service. There is some new momentum for my boyhood camp as next week a significant donation is being announced at a dinner. The newly merged council is forming a plan for Coker and with funding from donors that future is bright.
