Vintage eBay Scout Auctions This Weekend
I mentioned before that I'm doing a program called The 12 Week Year launching the first week of January. Some of the strategies might be helpful to anyone reading so here goes. The system really comes down to tracking the tactics that you believe will help you meet your goals on a weekly basis.
It's more about choosing the actions that will make it more likely you will hit your goal and holding yourself accountable. But you also have a small group that you meet with weekly to report out. I enjoy the challenge and trying to squeeze more productivity out of the day.
Heading into Christmas week I have 80 live auctions ending Sunday night. We have eased up on the pace with the busy season. My primary goal in this book study is to get my listings back to where they have been about 50 new ones posted every day.
I got my box of 2500 business cards in the mail today for the Charlotte TOR. We will start mailing them all with all of our orders. I've also got 1000 paper flyers that I will try and get out to other patch dealers, table vendors and local people to promote the show.
