This week I am meeting with a commercial realtor to begin investigating finding a new warehouse next year. I've been in the same location for going on 5 years and it's been great. But in that time the rent has gone up 65% and I am sure when my lease comes due they will jack it up again. So it might be time to become a warehouse owner instead of a renter.
