Vintage Scouting Memorabilia On eBay
Sometimes you get a call and you have to drop what you are doing and jump in the van in this business. That happened to me late last week. I was planning on attending the Old Hickory TOR on Friday. But I got a deal that was too good to be true about 5 hours away. So Sunday I pushed off and stayed in a hotel room. Yesterday morning I picked up the collection and after a pit stop to help my M-I-L with her computer I got home in time for dinner.
It will take me some time to process this stuff but I'm excited that 90% of it is patches and 90% of that is OA. My favorite! It includes very deep collections in 3 lodges that this guy collected. I have put time in my schedule today to at least unload the van but this week is pretty blown up and I won't make much progress until after Christmas. For anyone in my Patreon group I will have a video published tomorrow with all the scoop.
I have a few people that are going to be in Charlotte over the holidays and have made plans to bring me stuff. One of those is just books so nothing too exciting. But I can put these in my antique mall and get them back out there. I have one lady that has pushed me back til the new year that I'm very anxious to go see.
Today I am signed up for a 90 minute webinar given by the authors of the book The 12 Week Year. I have listened to the book on audio and am now reading it in detail. I have been reading a lot of books this year and this next one will help me launch into 2025 with some new strategies to realize my goals.
