What started out as routine maintenance at midnight on March 28th, 2023 has turned into an unrecoverable hardware failure that has brought down all customer websites.

After 19 years of serving scouting customers without an issue like this, it is heart breaking to have to write this communication to you.  

SOAR's priority is to get your website service back up and running as soon as possible.
