A research team at Scripps is looking for caregiving families to help test an online communication and care coordination resource designed to help families talk and make decisions about caregiving.

The Scripps Gerontology Center family is saddened to share the news of the passing of our coworker and friend, Becky Thompson. Becky was a valued member of our team for almost 6 years. As the Communications and Program Support Specialist, Becky assisted our research staff with formatting, production, and dissemination of research reports. She also provided support to the OMA program, the gerontology graduate programs, and to our gerontology students. As we grieve the loss of our colleague, we take pride in knowing the positive difference she made in the lives of others. Becky embodied the caring, “can-do” attitude that we value so much. She will be deeply missed by all of us at Scripps.
