Sea Pines CSA continues to monitor and respond to Tropical Storm Debby. Our area remains under a Tropical Storm and Flood Warning.
Sea Pines CSA Operation Updates & Notices:
The Sea Pines CSA Administration office, Sea Pines Community Center and Sea Pines ARB office will remain closed through today, August 7th, and will resume normal business hours on Thursday, August 8th.
The Sea Pines Guest Pass office and Security Dispatch office (843-671-7170) are operating under normal business hours.
Tower Beach access reopened today, August 7th. Please exercise caution while walking along the beachwalks as we have received reports of beach erosion in the area.
The Sea Pines Forest Preserve driving entrance will reopen Thursday, August 8th. Due to leisure trail conditions, the Forest Preserve walking entrance will remain closed until further notice.
Six Oaks Cemetery will remain closed until further notice.
Sea Pines Trolley service to the Red, Green, and Blue routes will resume on Thursday, August 8th.
The Sea Pines CSA Beach Shuttle service will resume on Thursday, August 8th, weather permitting.
The Sea Pines CSA Maintenance storm team (pictured below) is continuously patrolling the community clearing stormwater drainage structures and removing downed trees and debris from roadways. They have been working around the clock assisting with mechanical pumping of critical storm water areas and responding to storm-related events.
At this time, please reserve calls to the Sea Pines CSA Maintenance Department for critical/emergency purposes only as staff are focusing on major cleanup priorities and working through storm-related work orders.

Stormwater Management:
Our team has placed large portable high-volume dewatering pumps in strategic locations throughout the community to assist in lowering lagoon levels. Because of the excessive rainfall and saturated ground, we will maintain low lagoon levels over the coming days. This is a proactive measure to help ground water to drain.
They continue to actively monitor the tidal control structures on our lagoon system to prevent as much tidal inflow as possible. Additionally, they are actively managing the Lawton Canal pump station to move water out of the community.
Important Reminders:
Please use caution and drive slowly throughout the community as our crews are working in and along the roadways.
Use extreme caution or avoid using the leisure trails and beach paths until cleanup efforts can be completed.
Wildlife, such as alligators and snakes, are more likely to be displaced and seen during and after a storm. Be aware, keep pets on a leash at all times, and give all wild animals space. To report a wildlife concern, please contact the Sea Pines Security at 843.671.7170.
