A Letter from Larry Movshin, CSA Board Chairman and Sam Bennett, CSA President
November 25, 2020
Dear Sea Pines Property Owners:
It is indisputable that 2020 has been a year unlike any other for the world, the nation, our state, and certainly for those of us fortunate enough to spend time in Sea Pines. We both regularly monitor the several Social Media pages that cover Sea Pines issues and while we are always interested in seeing the topics being discussed, what we enjoy most is seeing the many amazing pictures of life in Sea Pines that are posted by our property owners. Whether it is a picture of a sunrise or sunset at Tower Beach or Harbour Town, or of our many families enjoying a sunny day on one of our fantastic beaches, or pictures of our amazing wildlife, from the many varieties of beautiful birds to our jumping dolphins, we are regularly reminded just how special life in Sea Pines can be. And as we approach the Thanksgiving holiday, life in Sea Pines with family and friends is certainly a matter we can all be thankful for.
We know that you hear from us on a regular basis concerning matters of importance to the Sea Pines Community. Today we write simply to recognize the start of the holiday season. Thanksgiving will not be “typical” for many of our property owners, with friends and family with who we would normally gather for our Thanksgiving meal choosing to “stay home” as the most prudent course for avoiding the spreading of COVID-19. Still, we hope you will all be able to visit together or remotely (thank goodness for Facebook, Zoom and Google Meet). And on behalf of the CSA Board of Directors and the entire CSA Management team and Staff, we wish you all very happy, healthy and enjoyable Thanksgiving holiday.
Larry Movshin
CSA Board Chairman
Sam Bennett
CSA President
