Sea Pines CSA Board of Director Elections Reminder
During this time of year, you may receive several communications regarding the various Board of Director Elections that are being held within Sea Pines.

For the Sea Pines CSA's Board of Director Elections, we have partnered with Vote-Now.com LLC., to serve as our third-party independent elections administrator. As a reminder, the Sea Pines CSA Board of Director Elections is open from November 1 - December 1, 2023, and eligible voters can cast their ballot just once by using the unique voting code assigned to their Sea Pines property. Ballots must be received by 11:59 PM EST, tomorrow, December 1, 2023, to be counted.

2024 Sea Pines CSA Annual Assessment Billing Notice
At the November 14th Sea Pines CSA Board of Directors meeting, the Sea Pines CSA Board of Directors unanimously approved the 2024 budget and the related 2024 assessment amounts.

The 2024 residential assessment for an improved lot will be $1,957 ($671 represents the 2024 Critical Infrastructure portion of the Assessment)

The 2024 residential assessment for an unimproved lot will be $1,169 ($402 represents the 2024 Critical Infrastructure portion of the Assessment)
The 2024 invoices were emailed on November 28th from the email address csaassessmentbilling@csaseapines.com and also mailed out via USPS on November 22nd to the primary contact on record with Sea Pines CSA. 2024 Annual Assessment payments will be due by January 12, 2024.

Online 2024 Annual Vehicle Decal Renewal Applications Now Available for the Following: Relative, Employee, Hilton Head Prep, Long Term Renter, Non-Resident, Island Resident, TidePointe Resident, Sea Pines Country Club Member, Harbour Town Yacht Club Member, Six Oaks Cemetery, and Heritage Classic Foundation Trustee
PLEASE NOTE- PROPERTY OWNER VEHICLE DECALS DO NOT EXPIRE ANNUALLY AND DO NOT NEED TO BE RENEWED AT THIS TIME.
2024 Annual Vehicle Decals will be required for entry into Sea Pines by Monday, January 29, 2024. To apply for a 2024 Annual Vehicle Decal to access Sea Pines, please visit www.seapinesliving.com/request.

South Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project: Major stormwater drainage work along South Sea Pines Drive from Audubon Pond Road to Gadwall Road is in progress and is scheduled to continue over the next few weeks.
- Project work includes stormwater drain pipe excavation and replacement, asphalt milling, and temporary roadway paving repairs.
- Due to the nature of major infrastructure improvement work, unplanned water and or utility outages in the work zone may occur.
- Well-pointing and dewatering operations (lowering groundwater levels to provide more stable working conditions) will be in place.
- This week, the lagoon near Lagoon Villas – situated between Scaup Court and Wren Drive – will be temporarily lowered to facilitate project work.

Heritage Woods Leisure Trail Repair and Construction Project | |

Sea Pines CSA’s contractors will start repair and construction work on the Heritage Woods Leisure Trail (current condition pictured) from Heritage Court to Old Military Road in early December. Weather permitting, project work is expected to take approximately 1 week to complete and involves:
- Asphalt resurfacing
- Line striping
- Widening the trail to 10 feet
- A new stamped crosswalk across Old Military Road
Leisure trail users are encouraged to avoid the project area during this time, as cyclists will be required to dismount and walk bikes around the work zone.

Amendment to Sea Pines CSA Community Standards Rules and Regulations
At their November 14, 2023 meeting, the Sea Pines CSA Board of Directors approved an amendment to the Sea Pines CSA Community Standards Rules and Regulations, which was recommended by the Community Infrastructure Maintenance and Standards Committee.

Roadway Maintenance
- Mulching operations along North Sea Pines Drive will begin next week.
- Roadway asphalt repairs along Spartina Court are in progress and will continue through next week.
Leisure Trail Asphalt Repairs
- Leisure trail repairs near the Greenwood Gate, in the Heritage Woods area and along Greenwood Drive near Willow Oak Road are in progress and will continue through next week.
Tree Care Management
- Roadway tree trimming over Lighthouse Road from North Sea Pines Drive through Fraser Circle and towards Harbour Town is in progress and will continue through next week.
Stormwater Maintenance
- A stormwater pipe repair near 75 Baynard Cove is in progress and will continue through next week.

Deep Well Community Donation Event
A Deep Well Donation Drop-off event is scheduled at the Sea Pines Community Center Parking Lot (71 Lighthouse Road) on Friday, December 8th, from 9:00-11:00 AM.
Most Needed Items: Glucerna Shakes, Deodorant, Shampoo, Toothpaste, Toothbrushes, Floss, and Tissue Boxes.

The American Red Cross will be hosting a blood drive in Sea Pines on Tuesday, December 19th from 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM at the Sea Pines Community Center, 71 Lighthouse Road Suite #120.

Holiday Art Market Invitation From The Artists of Sea Pines

The Artists of Sea Pines invite you to visit the gallery on Thursday, December 7th from 4:00 to 6:30 PM and join the festivities at The Shops at Sea Pines Center Holiday Art Market. They will be open and featuring new works from their talented artists. Additional artwork will be temporarily available for that night only!

South Island Public Service District (SIPSD) Potable Drinking Water Pipeline Upgrade Project Update
SIPSD crews will be conducting water line construction work on Thursday, November 30th from 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM at the intersection of Lighthouse Road and Plantation Drive. Single lane closures with flagging operations will be in place. Water service interruptions are not expected.
