Holiday Office Hours and Commercial Access Restriction Reminder

Holiday Office Hours for the Sea Pines CSA Admin Office, Maintenance Office, ARB & Sea Pines Community Center:

Tues, Dec 23 - Closing at Noon
Wed, Dec 24 & Thurs, Dec 25 - Closed
Wed, Dec 31 - Closing at Noon
Thurs, Jan 1 - Closed

All other Sea Pines CSA offices will remain open under normal hours of operation.

Commercial Vendor Holiday Access Restriction: Vehicles with commercial decals or commercial passes are not permitted in Sea Pines on the following days: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day. Please plan accordingly. For emergency access for service providers on these holidays, please contact Sea Pines Security at 843.671.7170.

2026 Sea Pines CSA Annual Assessment Invoices

The 2026 Annual Assessment invoices were emailed on November 24th from csaassessmentbilling@csaseapines.com to the primary contact listed with Sea Pines CSA. A printed copy of the invoice was also sent via USPS. If you already paid your invoice, please disregard the mailed copy.

Community Standards Education & Awareness

The Community Standards Department will be launching an enhanced community education campaign during the first quarter of 2026. This initiative will ensure property owners have clear awareness of applicable standards and understand the resources available to assist with compliance. By emphasizing education over enforcement, we continue building a culture where maintaining Sea Pines' exceptional character is a shared responsibility and source of pride.

Critical Infrastructure Project Updates

Otter Road/Fawn Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project: Site restoration and cleanup will take place Monday, December 23, and Tuesday, December 24. Work will resume the week of January 5.

Lighthouse Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project: Work will resume in early January.

Maintenance Projects & Services

Stormwater Gate Repairs: Stormwater infrastructure improvements at 31 Baynard Park Road is in progress and will continue through next week.

Stormwater Maintenance: Stormwater maintenance work near Beachwalk #21 and South Beach Lane is in progress and will continue through next week.
