Commercial Vendor Holiday Access Restriction Reminder

Vehicles with commercial decals or commercial passes are not permitted in Sea Pines on the following days: Thanksgiving Day, The Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day.

This restriction does not apply to pool companies, housekeeping, and deliveries to commercial entities. For emergency access for service providers on these holidays, please contact Sea Pines Security Dispatch at 843.671.7170.

2024 Sea Pines CSA Annual Assessment Billing Reminder

The 2024 Annual Assessment invoices were emailed on November 28th from the email address csaassessmentbilling@csaseapines.com and also mailed out via USPS on November 22nd to the primary contact on record with Sea Pines CSA. If you do not see this email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.

The due date for payment of this assessment is January 12, 2024. To pay your assessment online click here. For questions, please contact our Finance Department by email at traceym@csaseapines.com

Storm Recovery Update: Sea Pines CSA crews and contracted service providers continue clean-up efforts throughout the community following heavier-than-expected rains from a passing Nor’easter which collided with high tides on Sunday, December 17th.

While we continue clean-up efforts, we ask that you please use caution in and around the community while using roadways, leisure trails, beachwalks and common areas.

Update on Tower Beach Beachwalk Repairs

Due to recent high tides, Tower Beach has experienced significant beach erosion. As a result, we have made temporary repairs to Beachwalks #13 (pictured) and #14, both of which are now open for use. However, the beachwalks are currently not wheelchair accessible, and assistance may be required for beach visitors with limited mobility. We urge the community to be extremely cautious when walking along these beachwalks as permanent repairs will take some time to complete.

Accessible Beach Entrance

We encourage individuals with mobility limitations, to please use the wheelchair accessible beach access located at the Sea Pines Beach Club, 87 N Sea Pines Drive.

A complimentary beach wheelchair is available along the main pathway leading to the beach at the Sea Pines Beach Club for Sea Pines property owner and guest usage. Scan the QR code on the sign adjacent to the beach wheelchair, complete the necessary information and then a lock combination will be texted to you. Once done using the wheelchair, please relock it in the same location.

Club Course Drive to Greenwood Gate Leisure Trail Surveying in Progress

Survey work for future infrastructure leisure trail enhancements and safety improvements along Club Course Drive from Governors Road to Ivy Road began this week. Survey work will take approximately 4 weeks to complete, weather permitting. Traffic impacts are not expected. South Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project: Temporary roadway and leisure trail paving operations began this week along South Sea Pines Drive near Belted Kingfisher (pictured).

• Due to the holidays, project work will conclude on Thursday, December 21st and will resume on Tuesday, January 2nd.

Construction and excavation for the installation of a new water line along Lot 4, located off Greenwood Drive (starting near the Sea Pines CSA Office and moving towards Governors Road), is in progress.
