Memorial Day Hours for the Sea Pines CSA Admin Office, ARB & Sea Pines Community Center

Friday, May 27: Closing at 2:00 PM
Monday, May 30: Closed
Tuesday, May 31: Returning to normal business hours

All other Sea Pines CSA offices will remain under normal operating hours.
2022 Sea Pines CSA Board of Director Election Information
 
Three “Class A” Residential Directors Board seats and One “Class B” Commercial Director Board seat will become available on January 1st, 2023.

New Beach Access Boardwalk at Beach Marker # 4 Near Completion

The new Sea Pines CSA beach boardwalk at Beach Marker # 4 (located near Land's End adjacent to Sound Villas, commonly referred to as Parcel One) will be completed by the end of this week, weather permitting. Beach access will remain open for all pedestrian traffic during this time; please use caution in the work zone.

Asphalt Repairs To Occur Around the Community

Asphalt repairs around the community are in progress. Crews will continue to make asphalt repairs in the areas listed below through next week, weather permitting. Flagmen will be on-site to assist with traffic control, as needed.

  • Governors Road
  • Greenwood Drive near Loblolly area
  • Greenwood Lane (various areas)
  • North Sea Pines Drive near the Woodbine area
  • Select Leisure Trails on Lighthouse Road near the Shops at Sea Pines Center
  • Various Leisure Trails along South Sea Pines Drive
Club Course Area Ditch Cleaning
 
Ditch and pipe cleanout work around Pine Island Road and Governors Road is in progress and will continue through next week, weather permitting.
Tree Care Management

Roadway tree trimming will take place on side streets off of South Sea Pines Drive near Greenwood Drive next week, weather permitting.
Stormwater Repair
 
Drainage pipe end cleaning near 64 Heritage Road will begin next week, weather permitting.
Roadside mulching

Roadside mulching along North Sea Pines Drive will continue into next week, weather permitting. Drivers should use caution in the designated work zone.

Friday before Memorial Day (5/27) thru Labor Day (9/5) Dogs allowed:

  • 10 am - 5 pm: Not Allowed on Beach
  • 5 pm - 10 am: On Leash or Under Voice Control
 
Additional Regulations

  • Animal excrement must be removed and properly disposed of from the beach
  • It is illegal to allow pets to chase or harass wildlife

Enforcement

The Beaufort County Sheriff's Department and Town of Hilton Head Island code enforcement officers patrol the beach and enforce all beach regulations.

Overflow Beach Parking At Hilton Head Prep Begins Saturday, May 28th

Effective Saturday, May 28th, if the Plantation Club overflow parking lot reaches capacity, then the Hilton Head Prep parking lot will be opened as an additional overflow parking location to Sea Pines property owners and their accompanied guests onlyClick here to view The Sea Pines Resort's Beach Parking Plan for the Sea Pines Beach Club and Plantation Golf Club, as well as an FAQ (Click here).
Sea Pines Trolley Service Begins Friday, May 27th

Trolley Service to the Blue, Green, and Red Routes will operate with the following service times from May 27th-September 5th:

  • Blue Route: 9am - 10pm
  • Green Route: 10am - 10pm
  • Red Route: 4pm - 10pm

Sea Pines CSA Beach Shuttle Moves from Lot 4 to Lot 8 on Friday, May 27th
The Beach Shuttle will operate from 9 AM- 5 PM, seven days a week, weather permitting.**

  • April 18 – May 26: Lot 4 at Governors Road and Greenwood Drive
  • May 27 – September 5: Lot 8 near Fraser Circle on Greenwood Drive

Who can use the beach shuttle service?

  • Sea Pines property owners
  • Sea Pines property owners personal guests and family members
  • Sea Pines weekly rental pass guest
  • Long term renters and their personal guests
 
**During hours of operation, a lot attendant will be present and day visitors will not be allowed access.

Important Reminders For Sea Pines Property Owners, Renters, and Guests
  • Please remember to store any/all miscellaneous items (beach items, bicycles, laundry items, household items, etc.) out of sight when not in use. 

  • Laundry items may not be hung on railings/balconies or any other location where visible from adjoining properties, a golf course, the beach or the street.

  • In consideration of neighbors, flood or bright exterior lights may not be left on for extended periods, and/or after 10:00 PM.

A Deep Well Donation Drop-off event has been scheduled at the Sea Pines CSA Community Center located at 71 Lighthouse Road on Friday, June 10 from 9-11 AM.
