2019 CSA Annual Assessment Information
2019 Annual Assessment Rates:
Residential Family Dwelling Unit Developed 2019 Residential Assessment – $1,076
Residential Lot Undeveloped 2019 Residential Assessment – $641
This amount is payable by January 11, 2019.  You can make your payment online.  Click here to take you through the online payment process.

Updates from the Sea Pines CSA Maintenance Department
Landscape work along Greenwood Drive
We are installing landscaping along Greenwood Drive, from Club Course to Governors Road to include: irrigation, sod, new plant material and mulch. We do not expect any delays or lane closures. This work will take approximately 8 weeks to complete, weather permitting.

Deer Island Bridge Repairs
CSA Maintenance will be making repairs to Deer Island Bridge, located on Deer Island Road, in proximity to Harbour Town. The repairs will be made to structural elements including: bridge supports, decking, and timber bulkhead. Construction is set to begin Mid-January. Working hours will be Monday through Friday 7AM to 6PM. There are some days we are going to have to work with the tides to make repairs on the support structures at low tide. This may require afternoon and early evening work.

These repairs will take approximately 3 months to complete, weather permitting. There will be alternating lane closures. Flagmen will be present to direct traffic. Please expect minor delays.
