Project Updates From the Sea Pines CSA Maintenance Department
We will be executing some asphalt repair and paving work the end of this week in the following locations:

Leisure Trail Work:
  • In proximity of Carolina Place
  • Trolley Lot #2, multiple locations
  • In proximity to the Forest Preserve and Greenwood Drive

Roadway Work:
  • Entrance to Lake Forest
  • Near Club Course Drive and Greenwood Drive Intersection

Flagmen will be present to assist with the traffic flow. There will be temporary closures while work is taking place. For questions regarding these projects, please contact the Sea Pines CSA Maintenance Department by phone at 843.671.7849 or by email at csamaintenance@csaseapines.com.
