Project Updates From the Sea Pines CSA Maintenance Department

Repairs Occurring Near Beachwalk # 23

Repairs to the existing concrete beachwalk at #23 are underway. The walkway will remain the same width. Once the concrete work is complete, we will be placing topsoil and re-grading along the path. This work will take approximately 2 weeks to complete. We will also install some landscaping where the path meets South Beach Lane. Security Announcement

Annual Relative and Commercial Decal Renewal

The CSA Office (175 Greenwood Drive) is now accepting pre-applications for 2019 Relative Decal and Commercial Decal renewals from December 3-Dec 31 at noon. We will begin issuing annual Sea Pines decals for non- Sea Pines Property Owners beginning Wednesday, January 2, 2019.

2019 Relative Decals and Commercial Decals are required for entry by January 30, 2019.

PLEASE NOTE- THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE PROPERTY OWNER DECALS

If you have an immediate family member that requires an annual decal for 2019, please ensure the CSA Office receives the following:

A Completed Decal Application Form (Decal applications are available for pick up from the CSA Office (175 Greenwood Drive) or Welcome Center Pass Office (32 Greenwood Drive).
Written authorization from the property owner to permit your immediate family member to purchase an annual decal. This can be sent via email to: adminoffice@seapinessecurity.com. Please state your relatives name, relation and your Sea Pines property address. (Qualifying immediate family members are: son, daughter, grandson, granddaughter, father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, sister or brother.)
A copy of the relative’s current vehicle registration, valid insurance and driver’s license. These documents must state the relatives name.
$6 cash or check only. Checks to be made payable to: CSA Security.
Each immediate family member can only receive one (1) Relative Decal.

If you will be purchasing a commercial decal on behalf of your contractor / worker, please ensure the CSA Office receives the following:

A Completed Decal Application Form (Decal applications are available for pick up from the CSA Office (175 Greenwood Drive) or Welcome Center Pass Office (32 Greenwood Drive).
A copy of the contractor’s current vehicle registration, valid insurance and driver’s license. These documents must state the contractors name or business name.
Cash or check only accepted. Checks to be made payable to: CSA Security.
The commercial decal fee varies depending on the number of axles on the vehicle (and trailer). Click here for commercial fee information.
