A Note from Sam Bennett, Sea Pines CSA President
|
|
May 15, 2020
I hope this note finds you safe, healthy and well. As our lives and regular routines continue to be impacted by the COVID-19 crisis, CSA continues to follow the Federal, State and local official rules, recommendations and guidance. Over the past couple of weeks many of the travel restrictions to our area have been lifted and the rate of guests and visitors to our community has begun to increase. Unfortunately, the numbers remain drastically lower as compared to this time last year. We are hopeful that the virus begins to slowly subside and those numbers will continue to rise at a safe and sustainable rate.
The COVID-19 crisis continues to require a number of operational changes in the way we do business. Some of these are behind the scenes, but there are also changes to systems and procedures that you may have become accustomed to. In the email below you will find information on CSA facilities, RBC Heritage Hangtag requests, Sea Pines community updates and the status of CSA projects. In the near future we will be announcing the 2020 schedule and operational guidelines for the CSA Beach Shuttle Service and the Sea Pines Trolley Service. We appreciate your patience as we determine the best way to modify our operations to serve Sea Pines.
Finally, I wanted to let you know that the CSA Revenue Task Force meetings have begun and they are working towards an end of the month recommendation to the CSA Board of Directors. Many of our property owners have sent myself and the Task Force member’s their comments and feedback for consideration. If you have not yet done so and would like to, please send them to us via email at
comments@csaseapines.com
. The task force will review and consider all submissions.
As we continue to deal with the COVID-19 crisis and manage our financial future, CSA will strive to keep you engaged and up-to-date as we move forward together.
Have a safe and wonderful weekend.
Sam Bennett
