Red Route Trolley Temporarily Out of Service

As of Thursday, July 23, The Sea Pines Trolley Red Route, which typically provides service, from 4p-10p, from the Greenwood Drive Trolley Stop to Harbour Town and makes stops at Lawton Stables and The Shops at Sea Pines Center is temporarily out of service. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we will update the community once the Red Route service can be reestablished. All other Sea Pines Trolley Routes remain in service at this time and our enhanced safety protocols in light of COVID-19 can be found below: Trolleys are operating at 50% capacity. Trolley riders are asked to please be patient as increased wait times are expected for this service on all routes. Riders should practice social distancing when waiting for the trolley and when queuing and boarding the trolley.  Personal Protection Equipment is required: All passengers and trolley drivers are required to wear cloth masks or face coverings when aboard the trolley. Refusal to wear a mask or face covering or acting in an unsafe manner will result in denial of entry or expulsion from this service. From the Sea Pines Security Department: Sea Pines Daily Visitor Gate Fee to Increase to $9 Effective August 1, 2020 Effective August 1, 2020, the Sea Pines daily visitor gate fee for entrance into the Sea Pines community will increase by $1 from $8 to $9. South Beach Work   The Town of Hilton Head continues with drainage work in the South Beach area in proximity to South Beach Marina Village next week, weather permitting. Temporary Trolley Stop to remain in effect..          North/South Sea Pines Drive   Survey work along Sea Pines Drive continues next week in proximity to the South Beach area, weather permitting. No traffic delays or detours are expected.       Palmetto Electric Underground Boring Project   Palmetto Electric will continue to bore new electric feeders along Greenwood Drive to Old Military Road next week, weather permitting. The bore activity (at a depth of 5 to 8 ft below grade) will be within the road right-of-way in the work zones. Artists of Sea Pines Gallery Event The Artists of Sea Pines will be displaying and selling their works of art from the Sea Pines CSA art gallery located in the Sea Pines Community Center, 71 Lighthouse Road, Suite 120 on Tuesday, July 28 from 10 AM - Noon.

The following safety COVID-19 protocols will be in place: Face Coverings will be Required for Entry No more than 10 people will be permitted inside the Sea Pines Community Center at one time

Deep Well Donation Event A Deep Well Donation Drop off event has been scheduled at the Sea Pines CSA Administration Parking Lot located at 175 Greenwood Drive on Thursday, July 30 from 8:00 AM - Noon.   Most Needed Pantry Wish List Items:

Red Cross Community Blood Drive  The American Red Cross has an urgent need for blood and platelet donations. There is no known end date in this fight against coronavirus, and the Red Cross urgently needs the help of blood and platelet donors and blood drive hosts to meet the needs of patient care. Donors who give blood will be entered to win 2 tickets to Cedar Fair Theme Parks.
