Head of School Search Update
Dear Members of the Gould Community,

The Head of School Search Committee has been hard at work advancing the search process over the last few months, and we are delighted that very soon we will welcome to campus four wonderful finalists for that position.

We want to thank our consultants on this search from Resource Group 175—Clay Stites and Bob Henderson—for their work with us in this endeavor. We owe special gratitude to the other members of the Search Committee for their deep engagement in this on behalf of the future of Gould: Phyllis Gardiner, Chris Brooks, Pam Senese, Sam Adams, Brad Clarke, Deb Costello, Colin Penley, Chris Sparks (ex-officio)

The four finalist visit dates are:
  • September 15-17
  • September 18-20
  • September 22-24
  • September 25-27
These will be busy three-day visits. The candidates will have packed agendas while they are with us, both so people in our community can get to know them and so they can get to know us. All four of them are very excited about the possibility of being Gould’s next Head of School.

During each visit there will be specific times available for candidates to engage with different constituencies. The actual schedules will be announced as we get closer to the visitation dates. The names of the candidates, however, will not be shared until 24 – 48 hours before each candidate’s arrival.

More details will follow the first week in September.
