Our search team has been working hard, and they have begun the interview process with several candidates. The significant document at the center of the search process is the Shadow Rock Church Profile. You can use the link to take a look at it.
The search team was diligent in creating this document, which took them weeks to produce a 42-page document. Their work was so comprehensive that they had to abridge some portions to fit the UCC national setting electronic platform. Candidates see the abridged version first, and then the entire document is shared with them to help facilitate the first Zoom interview.
