TRAVEL IMPACT - Currently we are not traveling. However, we do keep you informed about how our travel will impact your orders/customer service. That info is in the Travel Impact/E-Newsletter section of your invoice.
We do not insure any packages when the invoice is less than $300; however, you can add OPTIONAL INSURANCE. If you want to add insurance, please use the tipping option on your invoice. For more information, you can read one of our older blog post here.
HOW OUR INVOICES WORK: Invoices are due as per your invoice. They can be left open if you are still shopping (max 30 days). If you pay, we assume you want us to ship. If you are still shopping, please leave your invoice open. Weekly reminders are sent, and a final reminder is sent at 30 days. If not paid per the final reminder, the order will be canceled.
PERSONAL SHOPPING - Did you know we offer personal shopping services? If you're in search of a particular cab, a cool carving, a pretty pendant, or anything else that we sell, simply reach out to us and we'll gladly provide you with pictures and/or videos.
Online orders are subject to MAINE SALES TAX. If you have a resellers certificate or whatever your state calls it (different from a federal EIN) and you haven’t sent us a copy, please email it to seasidestoneseastport@gmail.com.
