We are ready for Spring! Luckily, we are headed south...in search of warmer weather and gem and mineral shows. Wondering about the pic? See the February Recap!

March has us at two gem and mineral shows in North Carolina - Gastonia (March 15th & 16th) and Hickory (March 28th through 30th). We will be traveling most of the month and into early April. We apologize in advance for delays in shipping, drilling, and customer service requests. If you have an open order or place an order in March, please remember to read the Travel Impact section of your invoice.

We will be posting on Cabochons, Beads, and More and on the Seaside Stones - Online Rock Shop, including from the gem and mineral shows (See LINKS and MORE below). Our LIVE shows, other than this weekend, will be ad hoc. As soon as we know we have good internet, we will schedule a show on our Events tab on Facebook and our online calendar on our website. Please remember, you can just opt-in for text message reminders for LIVE shows (See LINKS and MORE below). April will be just as crazy so please check out A Look Ahead to April below.

February Recap: BRRR was the word of the month! Busy was the second word of the month. Dealing with snow, ice, our bathroom mini-renovation, and LIVE shows kept us busy.



A LOOK AHEAD TO APRIL - We now have three back-to-back gem and mineral shows. Two are fairly close to home, Dover NH and Portland ME. The third show is a newly added one - in Freeport NY. Although our last e-newsletter said it would be a shorter trip, it will now be similar in length to our March trip.

AND TO MAY AND BEYOND - As of now, we are home in May! June has two shows on the schedule and July has one show. Our full gem and mineral show schedule (at least the ones we are currently planning on doing can be seen here. We also create events for each show (once we have the contract) on our Facebook page.

TRAVEL IMPACT - Currently we are not traveling. However, we do keep you informed about how our travel will impact your orders/customer service. That info is in the Travel Impact/E-Newsletter section of your invoice.

We do not insure any packages when the invoice is less than $300; however, you can add OPTIONAL INSURANCE. If you want to add insurance, please use the tipping option on your invoice. For more information, you can read one of our older blog post here.

HOW OUR INVOICES WORK: Invoices are due as per your invoice. They can be left open if you are still shopping (max 30 days). If you pay, we assume you want us to ship. If you are still shopping, please leave your invoice open. Weekly reminders are sent, and a final reminder is sent at 30 days. If not paid per the final reminder, the order will be canceled.

PERSONAL SHOPPING - Did you know we offer personal shopping services? If you're in search of a particular cab, a cool carving, a pretty pendant, or anything else that we sell, simply reach out to us and we'll gladly provide you with pictures and/or videos.

Online orders are subject to MAINE SALES TAX. If you have a resellers certificate or whatever your state calls it (different from a federal EIN) and you haven’t sent us a copy, please email it to seasidestoneseastport@gmail.com.
