Before we get into May, we want to first welcome our new followers from our shows in North Carolina, New Hampshire, Maine, and New York. We enjoyed seeing old friends and meeting new ones while on the road! If this is your first e-newsletter, happy reading! May has us at home for the whole month...woohoo! Our first priority this month will be catching up on shipping and drilling. We have a little surprise planned for May. How do you find out what it is? Place an order between May 1 & 31, and pay by June 7th. When you receive your package, your surprise will be in the box. (One per customer). There won't be a Thursday ROCKS! this week, but there will be cab lives on Saturday and Sunday.

As always, we will be posting on Cabochons, Beads, and More, and we will resume posting on the Seaside Stones - Online Rock Shop. (See LINKS and MORE below). Our LIVE shows will return to our normal schedule with Thursday ROCKS! and Saturday and Sunday Night LIVE Cabochons. April was a busy month with three shows - Dover NH (pic from Saturday AM in Dover), Portland ME, and Freeport NY. We enjoyed eating our way through NY and came back to Maine with a baker's dozen of bagels...well, maybe one or two might already be missing from the baker's dozen.

June, July, and Reminders Ahead! Read on to know what is coming up this summer. Our Reminders section below has lots of "housekeeping" info, such as how our invoices work, how to add optional insurance to your packages, how to get text message reminders for our LIVE shows, etc.



A LOOK AHEAD TO JUNE - June will have us in Cherry Hill NJ (yes, the Cherry Hill show is back, at a new location) and in Newtown CT.

AND TO JULY AND BEYOND - July has us at one show in Essex Junction VT and our annual Christmas in July sale. August has in Belfast ME, W. Springfield MA, Concord NH, and Augusta ME. Our full gem and mineral show schedule (at least the ones we are currently planning on doing can be seen here. We also create events for each show (once we have the contract) on our Facebook page.

PERSONAL SHOPPING - Did you know we offer personal shopping services? If you're in search of a particular cab, a cool carving, a pretty pendant, or anything else that we sell, simply reach out to us and we'll gladly provide you with pictures and/or videos.

Online orders are subject to MAINE SALES TAX. If you have a resellers certificate or whatever your state calls it (different from a federal EIN) and you haven’t sent us a copy, please email it to seasidestoneseastport@gmail.com.

HOW OUR INVOICES WORK: Invoices are due as per the information included on your invoice. Invoices can be left open if you are still shopping (max 30 days). If you pay your invoice, we assume you want us to ship. If you are still shopping, please leave your invoice open. Weekly reminders are sent, and a final reminder is sent at 30 days. Once an invoice hits 30 days, any new claims will be put on a future invoice which will be on hold until your current invoice is paid. Also, if your invoice is not paid per the final reminder, your order will be canceled. We do understand there are extenuating circumstances, so as the final invoice reminder says, please contact us if you need a few extra days, and we will try to work with you.

TRAVEL IMPACT - We travel periodically from March through November. Please make sure to review the Travel Impact/E-Newsletter section of your invoice to know how our travel will impact shipping (and drilling).

We do not insure any packages when the invoice is less than $300; however, you can add OPTIONAL INSURANCE. If you want to add insurance, please use the tipping option on your invoice. For more information, you can read one of our older blog post here.
