AND OTHER IMPORTANT UPDATES

September proved to be a busy month for us!

It started with us catching up on shipping after our August shows. That was quickly followed by three shows, getting and recovering (mostly) from COVID, and catching up on shipping again (post-September shows/COVID).

After two busy (and stressful) months, August and September, we are looking forward to enjoying Autumn in Maine for a few more days! Then enjoying the scenery on our drive to New Hampshire for our first October show.

Before we get into the October schedule, gem and mineral shows are ramping up before they wind down for 2024. We have seven shows between October 12th and November 24th, including the newly added show with the Suffolk Gem Club (see A LOOK AHEAD TO NOVEMBER below).

October will have us in Lancaster New Hampshire (10/12-13), Bristol Connecticut (10/19-20), and Cranston Rhode Island (10/26-27). We will be traveling for almost three weeks, with a short turn around between the RI show and the Brewer Maine show. Customer service, drilling, and shipping will be impacted. Please see the Travel Impact/E-Newsletter section of your invoice for more information.

Additionally, our LIVE shows will be impacted due to in-person shows. Our Events tab on Facebook and our online calendar on our website (links below) have been updated with our October LIVE events. We also plan on having a few pop-up cab LIVES as our internet allows. Remember, we do offer text message reminders for LIVE shows (see the REMEMBER section below).

A LOOK AHEAD TO NOVEMBER - We will be at shows in Brewer Maine (11/2-3), Ansonia Connecticut (11/9-10), Hauppauge New York (11/16-17), and Worcester Massachusetts (11/23-24). We will kick off holiday shopping sales on Black Friday - next month's e-newsletter will have more info, but you can expect sale-priced "cool rock" LIVES on Black Friday and Cyber Monday and sale-priced cabs LIVES on Small Business Saturday and Sofa Sunday.

A LOOK AHEAD TO DECEMBER - Our holiday shopping promo (to be announced in the November e-newsletter) and our LIVE shows will run through December 15. We will be taking some time off starting on December 21st.

LIVE SHOW TEXT REMINDERS - Want a reminder text for our LIVE shows? You can opt in by signing up here or texting JOIN to 207-769-5272. We are only using text messaging for LIVE show reminders.

INVOICE DUE DATES - Invoices are due seven days from when they are sent. If you are still shopping, they can be kept open for up to 30 days. Weekly reminders will be sent and a final reminder will be sent at 30 days past due. If not paid per the final reminder the order will be canceled.

OPTIONAL INSURANCE - We do not insure packages of less than $300. If you want to add insurance, please use the tipping option on your invoice. For more information, you can read our blog post here.

PERSONAL SHOPPING - Did you know we offer personal shopping services? If you're in search of a particular cab, a cool carving, a pretty pendant, or anything else that we sell, simply reach out to us and we'll gladly provide you with pictures and/or videos.

Online orders are subject to MAINE SALES TAX. If you have a resellers certificate or whatever your state calls it (different from a federal EIN) and you haven’t sent us a copy, please email it to seasidestoneseastport@gmail.com.
