Season Two of The Thread

The Thread is back! Season Two of our flagship documentary interview series premieres with James Cromwell, one of film and television’s most respected actors and activists. Watch the full episode here, and stay tuned for the next 15 episodes every Monday on the Life Stories YouTube channel.

This season features exceptional individuals like Kris Tompkins, Wolfgang Puck, Suleika Jaouad and Wyatt Cenac sharing the paths they have taken to lead meaningful lives. Teaching The Thread is the companion guide for both educators and adult learners.

The Silent Witness wins an Emmy

We are thrilled to share that our film The Silent Witness: A Survivor’s Story of Hiroshima won the 2024 News & Doc Emmy Award for Outstanding Short Documentary. As the only self-distributed film in the category, we’re especially proud of Life Stories’ win!
