Another year drawing closer to a conclusion. 2024 has not been without its stressors but as always there's still room for gratitude for:
HURRICANE SEASON: Nearly OVER
MINIMAL IMPACT: Some fences, trees. etc. but nothing catastrophic
COMMUNITY: Jacksonville has its share of challenges (Jaguars?) but it is and always has been a great community.
LONGEVITY: We're going to be celebrating a big one soon--stay tuned!
ADVOCACY: Mike continues to stay plugged in and vigilant on your behalf as an investment property owner. The efforts from national to local level have so far kept a great deal of bureaucracy in check. This is a story with no ending in sight. Click for: Mike's Notes

Don't forget: Daylight saving time ends at 2 a.m. on Nov. 3, 2024, when most of the United States will move their clocks back one hour (remember: it's spring forward, fall back)
