The following weekend was the Frost Fayre, the High Street was filled with beautiful wares, often home made and definitely with the 'Only in Glastonbury' feel about it, Vicki has produced a video on Normal for Glastonbury about the day, it was such a lovely day and night with local musicians and great Christmas gifts.

The Soft Exercises of Yeung Ma Lee
Yeung's T'ai-chi Ch'uan
with Murray Douglas
A unique opportunity to attend a series of weekend workshops with Murray Douglas at the Daisy Centre.
These weekends will provide thorough instruction in the foundation level of the basic series of the Soft Exercises of Yeung Ma Lee, information which has only recently been given outside the family by the master.
Yeung's T'ai-chi Ch'uan is a family art that has been developed by the masters of each generation for over two hundred years. The current lineage master Sifu Yeung Ma Lee is no exception, her innovative teaching methods include her "Soft Exercises" that develop in complexity,and subtlety, providing a variety of benefits especially for the student of t'ai-chi ch'uan - whatever style they practise..
The Soft Exercises begin with an initial series of twenty, supplementary exercises are added as the tissues and awareness of the practitioner begin to respond and develop. Employing the Yeung family internal principles, the "Soft Exercises" lead from the balancing of the body's structure, to authentic ch'i kung, offering a range of benefits, insights and skills along the way.
These workshops are ideal for those with no experience of T'ai-chi Ch'uan looking to explore body/mind consciousness. For experienced practitioners of T'ai-chi, these exercises will provide deeper insight into the practice & principles of the art.
Murray Douglas has been enjoying a t'ai-chi journey that began in 1973. Since 2000 he is fortunate to have been a personal student of Sifu Yeung Ma Lee having been a Yeung family student since 1980 with Master Chu King Hung.He has been a qualified, registered practitioner of chinese medicine since 1985 and is trained and qualified in a variety of body/mind work modalities including Process Acupressure and Zero Balancing.
Instruction will be given from 07.30 - 08.30pm on Saturday evening
and from 10am to 1pm on Sunday.

This weekend is dedicated to transforming through the crystals, the Mineral Kingdom, bringing Heaven to Earth. Daisy and Jasmine Marie, over these transformational two days, will teach and show you the qualities of crystals, answer any questions you may have, bring guidance through crystal healing.
This workshop will provide you with knowledge on the qualities and attributes of different crystals and how they link to the chakras. Including knowledge on the healing properties of crystals, cleansing, dedicating and programming your crystals, crystals in history, elementals of the mineral kingdom and much more. This will
give you a whole-istic experience with many Healing and therapy sessions for you to choose from, this includes a Crystal Healing Bed session with Bari.
Daisy is also available for Healing sessions with the Angels of Atlantis and their crystal wisdoms.

Chanting the 1000 names of the Divine Mother and Devotional singing.
The Sri Lalita Sahasranama, the Thousand Names of the Divine Mother (Shakti) is a compilation of 1,000 Sanskrit mantras describing the characteristics and qualities of the Divine Mother. Divinity is the essence of life, everything is arising from Divinity. When we chant Mantras to the Divine, the quality of those mantras will start arising through us and through the space that we are in. This gives this practice a healing and transformative effect. Often there is a deep sense of peace, presence and connectedness felt by the end.
It is a call and response practice, so each mantra is called and then the same simple sanskrit response is chanted by the group in response. It then becomes easy to let go into where the mantra is arising from, which is actually letting go into our own true nature. After the chanting we will sing some devotional songs.
Every Tuesday from 11th January 2017.
Arrive from 7.15pm for a 7.30pm start.
Finish at 9.30pm.
This event is free.
However, donations are received gracefully to cover the rent of the space.
Then all proceeds will go to Embacing the World,

Using a combination of Reiki, Seichem, Magnified healing, cord cutting, chakra and aura cleansing and balancing I have developed, over 14 years of study and practice, a technique that cleanses and clears the Chakras and energy fields of the body. Enabling a flow of energy through the body that allows us to move forward and let go of anything that maybe holding you back from fully being yourself and stepping into your own power.
