The real estate market in Niagara is stable, with 3.3 months of active inventory, we are in a Seller's Market . Homes in the lower price ranges are still selling quickly, many in competition - buyers are appreciating good value and with the number of buyers still out there, it is a good time to sell. Higher priced homes are selling as well, just not as quickly as they did over the last few years. With the recent announcement that the Go Train will be running as early as January 2019, we anticipate that real estate activity will continue to grow and pick up steam earlier in the New Year.
