Lewis & Clark Trail
July 13-28, 2018

Surprises are around every corner as we retrace what Thomas Jefferson called the greatest adventure in American history.  Pictured here is Sergeant Gass at the confluence of the Snake and Columbia Rivers, demonstrating how to load and fire a musket    He's just one of many historic reenactors and docents we meet along the trail.  Don't miss this once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Along the Lewis & Clark Trail

There are few places along the Lewis and Clark trail where visitors today can stand where the explorers stood and see what they saw. Spirit Mound is one of them.  We'll be there on July 18.  Click on the picture to read the excellent article by Gary Garth in December 7th's USA Today.
And be sure to watch this space for more fascinating information to whet your appetite for your upcoming adventure.
