Exciting News From Team Orange!
Since expanding to Seattle, we’ve experienced tremendous growth—and a few naming challenges along the way. Because the name Pacific Landscape Management was already in use by another company in Washington, we initially branded our Puget Sound operations as Pacific Landscape Maintenance. However, that name still caused some confusion.
To create greater clarity and strengthen our presence, we are excited to announce our Seattle-area rebrand to Pacscape Landscape Services: https://www.pacscape-wa.com .
While the branding is different, we remain one unified team. Pacific Landscape Management and Pacscape Landscape Services work closely together to serve our clients across the Pacific Northwest—one company, two brands, same commitment to exceptional service.
Celebrating 3½ Years in the Puget Sound
Our expansion north in 2021 was driven by frequent requests from our Portland-area clients who wanted the same trusted service for their Puget Sound properties. Today, we are proud to support many of those partners in Seattle, including:

Growing Opportunities, Growing Team
Our move north has also created new career paths within Team Orange:
- Matt Silcox and Jose Zavalla relocated to manage landscape operations at the Microsoft Campus.
- Juan Mejia advanced into the role of Branch Manager of our Issaquah branch.
- The expansion also reconnected Bob with long-time colleagues Tom Dimeco, now VP of Seattle Operations, and Frank Corzine, VP of Business Development.
