THRIVE REGIONAL PARTNERSHIP VALUES YOUR INPUT AS WE ADVANCE FREIGHT EFFICIENCY
On behalf of
Thrive Regional Partnership, Inc.
, the nonprofit tri-state regional planning organization for the greater Chattanooga region assisting the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) and the U.S. Department of Transportation/Federal Highway Administration, we'd like to respectfully ask for your input as a valuable freight partner essential to moving goods through Chattanooga and the Piedmont Atlantic mega-region.
This work is an unprecedented partnership of TDOT, GDOT, ALDOT, and the surrounding transportation planning organizations to gather input data that will be used to help inform local, state and national recommendations for better efficiencies in freight flow throughout the Chattanooga region.
Please take a few minutes to complete the survey, accessible
here.
All responses to this survey will be kept strictly confidential from the user, and only reported in aggregate form.
Thrive Regional Partnership inspires responsible growth through conversation, connection, and collaboration in the tri-state Chattanooga region.

TTF Scholarships for 2020-2021 Available Soon
Through the members of the Tennessee Trucking Association, the Tennessee Trucking Foundation (TTF) has made significant contributions to the community in an effort to increase public awareness of highway safety. Additionally, the TTF has contributed hundreds of thousands of dollars to children’s charities in an effort to improve the lives of sick children and their families. The TTF believes that the children of Tennessee are the future of both this state and our nation. As an extension of their efforts, the TTF Board of Directors has created the Tennessee Trucking Foundation Scholarship. It is their belief this natural extension will chart a course of success for the future of Tennessee while continuing to assist those in need.

FOUNDATION TECHNICIAN SCHOLARSHIP
FUND CAMPAIGN
All of the 2019 editions listed the contributions to date for our Technician Scholarship Fund. We started out really well, but support has been waning. Let's kick off 2020 with a renewed commitment for 2020. Here is why this support is important - Lincoln Tech has agreed to set up a presentation for us where they will hand-pick students who meet our scholarship requirements. We expect this will really ramp up interest and applications over the next few months. We have to make sure this program is funded. If you haven’t made an annual commitment, please take a moment to do so by either calling the TTA office at (615) 777-2882 and ask for Catherine Stuart or complete the pledge form
here
and fax back to the TTA office at (615) 777-2024 or email to
cfoster@tntrucking.org
. We thank all those who have made their commitments to the fund, but if you can’t make an annual commitment at this time, you can make a one-time contribution. If everyone just made a $100 contribution, we could really improve our members odds of hiring the technicians they need!
