Do you have an outstanding traffic ticket or a pending misdemeanor case? Second Parish Court is offering a limited-time Christmas in July Amnesty Program to help individuals resolve outstanding fines and fees.
Program Dates: July 1 – August 31, 2026
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Location: Second Parish Court, 100 Huey P. Long Avenue, Gretna, LA 70053
During the amnesty period, individuals may appear in person to pay outstanding traffic and misdemeanor fines and fees. Upon payment, all contempt fees will be waived. Individuals who appear to participate in the amnesty program will not be arrested for qualifying matters.
