As the year winds down and the holiday season wraps its warmth around us, it’s a time when we naturally open our hearts. We give more freely—our love, our time, our resources—and we cherish the joy of lifting others up, especially those who are less fortunate. This is the magic of the season: seeing kindness ripple through the world like a light breaking through darkness.

But I find myself wondering—why only now?

The truth is, the world needs this magic always. It needs your heart. It needs your kindness. It needs your generosity, your time, and your best intentions not just in December, but every single day.

What if we chose to live this way all year long? What if spreading joy and offering a helping hand wasn’t limited to a season, but became a way of life? Imagine the world we could create. Imagine the lives we could touch.

This is not too much to ask. Not from you. Because I’ve seen the greatness in each of you—the way you show up, the way you care, and the way you share your secret sauce at our events, in our mastermind groups and with the world.

Before we get to some of the thank you’s we wanted to share with you all some news and updates.

First, as our regular goers may have already noticed, we do not host any events in December other than our mastermind group sessions. We just learned after years of hosting monthly events that there are just too many conflicts in December with all the holiday parties. We hope you understand and promise to be back at it in the new year! (Truth be told, we actually could use the break!)

Second, we have some exciting, new event and mastermind facility hosting partners in 2025! Be sure to check our website frequently as we will be listing our events for 2025 very soon!

Third, our website is going through a major makeover… be on the lookout as our newer, fresher version will be up and running live very soon.

REQUIREMENTS

* We prefer engagement over instruction, deep conversation and engagement over simply being educated.

* Each session will last (including Q&A) from 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours.

* They take place in person and online.

* In your pitch to be a presenter, we require both a bio, topic summary and why YOU! (Topic summary should also speak to not only the subject matter’s timeliness and relevance for small business owners but also, be designed again to engage and leave something useful and usable behind.)

* We unfortunately don’t pay our presenters and don’t allow our presenters to solicit mastermind members (either in their presentations or afterward). That said, our members quite often engage speakers for help and assistance. (It is also not inappropriate and fairly common for speakers to develop professional relationships with our members via coffee/lunch, etc.) Leaving your contact information and resources of course is encouraged.
