Hello Pam,
I'm glad you're feeling better. I am following up with you regarding the OCREC property's return. It has been nearly two weeks since you gracefully bid farewell as the esteemed OCREC Secretary. Time is of the essence.
The OCREC Secretary material is no longer to remain in your possession because you are no longer Secretary. It is to be returned to the OCREC Chairman. Please coordinate with me ASAP for its return.
Also, on 6 December, I began requesting the audio recording of the Board meeting conducted on November 27th. We are now in the month of February.
The other day you stated it was too big of a file to send from your Google drive via email. It appears to be unclear to me why, you did not procure a USB Flash Drive/Thumb Drive in order to fulfill your obligations as the Secretary and provide the aforementioned audio recording.
I find it rather interesting that as the Chairman, I am expected to personally incur expenses (of less than $100) for official business purposes and subsequently seek reimbursement.
Additionally, I am requesting the recording of the most recent OCREC meeting.
On Friday, you will receive an envelope via the post office from me. I have included two thumb drives and a self-addressed, stamped envelope for your convenience.
Please ensure that the two requested recordings are loaded onto the thumb drives and promptly dropped into the envelope and placed in the mailbox as requested. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.
I look forward to hearing back from you soon.
