An information gathering survey related to CEPA Section 71 has been released by the Government of Canada.

Supplemental tools and information were provided as well after the announcement of the survey.

This survey is focused on collecting information on the commercial status and facility information on substances under the Chemical Management Plan to develop risk assessment and risk management plans.

We encourage our members to read our previous announcement on the upcoming section 71 surveys.

An important reminder that this is a mandatory survey. The deadline to provide information is January 17, 2024
