MNN has recently partnered with
First Nonprofit Group
(FNG) to provide our members with the
opportunity to save up to 60% on unemployment insurance costs
. Since 2001, FNG has helped over 1,400 nonprofit organizations across the country save over $68 million in unemployment taxes. We know that nonprofits are frequently asked to do more with less; as such, we want to ensure our members have ample opportunities to save money in smart ways such as these. Participation in FNG programs provides a fixed annual cost, claims representation in unemployment hearings, no pooling or shared risk, and more benefits.

Today is National Voter Registration Day
Today is National Voter Registration Day, an annual one-day nonpartisan event created to register all eligible voters and to make sure no one misses the opportunity to vote due to a registration problem. MNN believes that an engaged, informed, and active citizenry strengthens communities and that it is vital that the people served by nonprofits have the opportunity to participate in our democracy. We encourage you to share with your network the National Voter Registration Day 2017 tool to find free statewide voter registration events taking place across the country. If you're already registered, make sure to get out and vote!
