AmCheck customers, one of the three SecureCare Dental plans are
sure to put a smile on your face.
The Triple Choice Plans;
a fully-integrated, three-in-one dental program. The program
allows us to offer employees 3 different dental plans to satisfy
everyone's needs.
For 3 years in a row we
have maintained the same low rates, however on October 1st, 2010,
the co-pay for each plan has changed. This is the only
change.
The CoPay Plan: Copay
from $10 to $15
The PPO (MAC): $0 Copay
to $10
The PPO (UCR): $0 Copay
to $10
