We are thrilled to present the 2024 Prospectus for the 50th Anniversary SHPE National Convention. This year, we've introduced a unique approach—National Convention Sponsorship opportunities "A la Carte Sponsorships" will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

To participate at one of the Exhibitor Level's (University, Government, Nonprofit Employers, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum with no additional sponsorships), you can do it any time!

The sponsorship commitment forms will be open for submission starting at 12:00 PM Eastern Time on Wednesday, January 17th, accessible through this link where you will be able to upload your completed sponsorship contract.  

To ensure fairness and accuracy in the allocation process, this system will help us keep track of the precise time and date of your submission. Should you encounter any challenges accessing the submission portal, kindly reach out to Exhibits@shpe.org, and we'll be sure to assist promptly.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I am not available at that time, how can I send my commitment in?

We encourage you to have a proxy who can submit your commitment on your behalf at the submission time so you do not miss the opportunity to secure your sponsorships.

Can I just send my form via email to secure my sponsorships?

No, please use the Jotform so we can ensure time stamps and fairness with all commitments.

What if I have problems using the form or technical issues?

Please reach out to exhibits@shpe.org describing the issue and providing details to ensure we can assist you quickly.

How will I know If I got the sponsorship I wanted?

The partnerships team will be getting back to you within 24 hours of submission, as to allow us time to for processing.

I have questions about a particular sponsorship, how can I learn more before sending in my commitment?

I do not see a way to commit to IPC membership – how do I sign up?
