Proper Training and Equipment Maintenance Make a Difference in Your Plant's Electrical Safety

In a recent electrical safety survey conducted by Plant Services magazine, participants were asked several questions pertaining to electrical safety challenges at their plant. Ineffective or poor equipment maintenance was the top challenge. When queried specifically about arc-flash training and incidents, 77% responded that they had been trained specifically for arc flash. This is positive news since training lets your workers understand what dangers to avoid and how to do so. Here at CBS ArcSafe, our goal continues to be keeping technicians safe outside the arc-flash boundary; with proper equipment and training, we can help your organization achieve that goal as well.

CBS ArcSafe's universal remote racking and remote switching solutions reduce the need for full-body arc-flash hazard suits by taking technicians outside the arc-flash zone. These systems include products developed for specific switchgear, breakers, switches, and motor control centers. CBS ArcSafe products offer a host of other benefits as well. They feature lightweight and portable construction, require no modification to existing equipment, and offer fast and easy setup. Plus they help comply with NFPA 70E.

Let us help you get your facility in the safest condition it can be.
