In an effort to protect JL members and staff from unnecessary risks of contracting the Covid-19 virus, the Board has authorized the following restrictions:

Effective Monday, March 30, 2020, only those vendors defined as “essential” will be given access.

Essential vendors are defined as :
  • Landscapers
  • Pool maintenance
  • Nurses
  • Healthcare
  • Housekeepers
  • Food deliveries
  • Medical deliveries
  • Life safety
  • ADT
  • Club and Marina employees as authorized by the entity
  • Emergency repairs including plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, roof repair, etc.  
Remodeling, non-emergency routine maintenance, such as painting, drywall, etc., are not considered essential.
