In an effort to protect JL members and staff from unnecessary risks of contracting the Covid-19 virus, the Board has authorized the following restrictions:
Effective Monday, March 30, 2020, only those vendors defined as “essential” will be given access.
Essential vendors are defined as
- Pool maintenance
- Food deliveries
- Medical deliveries
- Life safety
- Club and Marina employees as authorized by the entity
- Emergency repairs including plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, roof repair, etc.
Remodeling, non-emergency routine maintenance, such as painting, drywall, etc., are not considered essential.
