Login to Paycor (with the same credentials you access your pay stubs), access the Paycor task bar, click on People and then Learning Management System to view your assigned training. Lessons Learned:

Last week, our security teams detected a phishing email sent from a ONEMESA email address. This email contained a bid opportunity with links to a fake login page and harmful downloadable files. This incident was part of a chain of phishing scams that have been affecting several vendors and customers.


If you ever have a question regarding an email received from an external OR internal contact, please reach out and verify it.

 

Best Practices:

  • Remain cautious when opening emails and verify authenticity before clicking any links.
  • When verifying a suspicious email, get contact information of the sender from outside sources like Google or Salesforce rather than the email itself.
  • Use authenticator apps and consider changing your passwords every 3 months to ensure internal security
  • Check with our IT Team if you have any concerns about a message received!
