Sedgwick County is now vaccinating residents who are considered critical workers in Sedgwick County’s Phase 2A are able to schedule an appointment for the COVID-19 vaccine along with residents age 65 and older, K-12 school personnel, and health care associated workers. Appointments are required to receive the vaccine.

Phase 2A includes public safety agencies, veterinarians, employees in licensed childcare/day care facilities, aviation manufacturing plants, meat processing plants, and public transportation (ground and air). 

Residents with appointments will have two locations to receive the vaccine Mondays through Saturdays.

  • 223 S. Main, Wichita | Former Central Library | Clinic for health care associated workers and residents aged 65 and older who are active/can stand for periods of time

  • 777 E. Waterman, Wichita | Wichita Transit Operations | Drive-thru clinic for health care associated workers and residents aged 65 and older who have mobility difficulties

The drive-thru clinic will end operations for Dose 1 appointments at the end of this week.

Please arrive to your vaccine appointment no more than 15 minutes early and plan to allow at least 45 minutes for the vaccine appointment.
