FALL BRAND CAMPAIGN BREWED A COZY SUCCESS!

We're excited to share the results of our fall brand campaign, a "Cozy South Coast Getaway." Our goals were to inspire off-season visits, drive click-through to the TSOC website, increase video views, and generate leads. The numbers are in, and they tell a story of strong growth and meaningful connections with travelers.

Our digital campaign generated an impressive 3.76 million impressions with a 0.34% average click-through rate (CTR). YouTube videos achieved a 51.71% completion rate, while pre-roll ads reached 88.72% — significantly above industry benchmarks. Search was another standout, with a CTR 72% higher than the industry average. On Facebook and Instagram, we earned greater than 2.3 million impressions and a 4.79% CTR, more than double the industry benchmark of 1.78%, at an efficient $0.13 cost-per-click!

THREE SOUTH COAST MAIN STREET ORGANIZATIONS ACHIEVE DESIGNATED MAIN STREET STATUS

TSOC congratulates North Bend Main Street, Port Orford Main Street, and Reedsport Main Street on achieving Designated Main Street status from Oregon Main Street (OMS). This distinction recognizes their commitment to building impactful, sustainable organizations that improve their historic downtowns through community engagement and partnerships.

The OMS Network follows a four-tier structure, with the Designated Main Street level as the final tier before full accreditation. At Designated Main Street status, these organizations gain access to enhanced technical assistance to further strengthen their efforts to create a vibrant downtown.

CELEBRATING SUCCESS — SOUTH COAST MARKETING CAMPAIGNS HIGHLIGHTED AT STATEWIDE CONFERENCE

TSOC proudly represented the South Coast at the recent Oregon Destination Association (ODA) Conference. Julie Miller, TSOC director and incoming ODA chair, led a coast-wide roundtable discussion, as captured above.

As a tribute to TSOC's efforts, a conference presentation highlighted two of our campaigns as examples of a region "doing something right." The featured projects were our "Cozy South Coast Getaway" campaign — a collaboration with Kissing Rock, The Wildflower Inn, and Oregon Wild Rivers Coast — and the "Whisky Run Trails" campaign, which showcases a signature South Coast experience.

ODA, a leading voice in Oregon's tourism industry, is a statewide network of regional and local destination organization (DMO | RDMO) leaders who share a common interest in the vision and vitality of Oregon’s travel industry.
