DuPage Animal Friends invites you to Fall Festival, hosted by DuPage County Animal Services. Spend the day with us! There are adoptable animals from the shelter and local rescue groups. You Are Helping Homeless Animals !
Your Support Helps Homeless Rabbits

Rabbits are the 3rd most surrendered animal to the shelter, after cats and dogs. They come directly from owners that don't have the time to care for them. They come from the public that find them abandoned outside. They come from accidental litters when families aren't educated on the benefits of spay/neuter.

DuPage County Animal Services is committed to finding these rabbits furever homes.

Thanks to your gifts, each homeless rabbit gets a full health check that includes being spayed or neutered and microchipped before going up for adoption. Your support has also allowed the shelter to provide new adopters with enrichment items and other supplies to help new rabbit owners off to a great start.

THANK YOU!
SASSY is still looking for her forever family

Sweet Sassy has been at the shelter for over 2 months. This full-figured gal came to the shelter when her owner became homeless and could no longer care for her. She is an 11 year old Labrador Retriever who has been on a successful weight loss journey since arriving. Down over 10 lbs, she is looking for a family to help her continue her healthy lifestyle. She prefers to be the only pet in the house, but does great with kids. Please help Sassy find her forever home by sharing her story.

THANK YOU!

The shelter asked and you guys delivered! The dogs love to indulge on cream cheese and peanut butter filled kong toys. Many happy tummies thanks to your generosity!
DCAS's "Underdog to Wonderdog"

"Underdog to Wonderdog" is a program designed for dogs that need extra support for a successful adoption placement. We THANK YOU for allowing DuPage Animal Friends to have funds available for this life-saving and life-changing service.

The program provides pre-adoption counseling, a personalized training program, three in-home training sessions, and three months of post-adoption consultation.

Congratulations to our recent Underdog to Wonderdog success story, ZELDA.

THANK YOU!
