See The Leader in Me Paradigms in Action

Within the Leader in Me curriculum there are five key paradigms:

• Everyone can be a leader.
• Change starts with me.
• Everyone has genius.
• Educators empower students to lead their own learning.
• Develop the whole person.



This video showcases the paradigms in action at Orchard Hill Elementary, and what it looks like when schools adopt a culture of leadership through Leader in Me.

Women's History Month

Leader Valley is led by three Cedar Valley women. In case you missed it, each member of our team shared a video on Facebook in honor of Women's History Month.

Gina (pictured left) shared a video about what she has learned on her leadership journey as well as the need for women trailblazers in the world today, helping their peers and the women behind them find their success.

Melissa (pictured center) shared a video that included 5 life hacks for women and gives a sneak peek into how her perspectives on women's leadership have evolved over the past year.

Nicole (pictured right) shared a video to honor and celebrate the women leaders in her life. Nicole shares that they have taught her that, "the most important part of leadership is to invest in those you are leading."

Leadership Series Foundational Spotlight

This year, Spahn & Rose is the foundational sponsor for the Leader Valley Leadership Series, a collection of leadership courses to invest in yourself and your team through personal and professional development.

Support our future Cedar Valley leaders by joining us for this inaugural twilight golf fundraiser. All proceeds from this event will provide Leader in Me students in our communities with the skills and habits they need to be successful students and strong leaders.
