Black Diamond Realty is excited to announce another large development: The Crossings at Morgantown, a forthcoming senior living community of independent living, assisted living and memory care is expected to open in the fall of 2018. The development will be located along Point Marion Road. This large investment into Morgantown will create approximately 45 full-time-equivalent jobs initially and will grow to an estimated 100-130 total partial and full-time jobs. Total project costs are estimated at around $35,000,000. 

Black Diamond Realty represented the buyer in this transaction and assisted them by understanding their site criteria, creating a survey of viable land options, negotiating favorable purchase terms, and presentation of a grant application, all to ensure a smooth and successful closing.
