7 Student Athletes named EHA Academic All-Stars

The Elite Hockey Academy at Notre Dame is excited to recognize our student athletes for their success on the ice and in the classroom. The Academic All-Stars Awards from the first semester have proven to be top of their class, while being key contributors to their team on the ice too. At EHA we value Personal development as an ongoing process of self-improvement either in your playing career, in your education, in your personal life, or in all of these areas. It is about setting goals for yourself and putting your priorities in place to reach those goals.

We look forward to their continued success and others to be announced in the near future!

MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

This week marked the kicked off to our 2023 Inaugural Mentorship Program. Time was spent working on skating, stick handling, reviewing game day video as well as ways to improve and focus on skills off ice and at home. Goalies specifically worked on wall ball and dynamic stretching exercises to improve their skills.

FRIDAY MORNING BREAKFAST CLUB

Why The Breakfast Club can help!

The Breakfast Club offers a before-school hockey development option for Mite/ 8U, Squirt/U10 and Peewee/U12 players. Our small group training is able to provide individualized instruction. Through proper technique and quality repetition, players work on each skill through a progression.

Each 60 minute morning session will focus on stickhandling and puck-skills and or technical skating instruction.
