Appointments can be made beginning Tuesday, September 8, by calling 617-796-1660 and speaking to a staff member. You can also make an appointment through our AI Text Assistant.

Just send a text requesting an OE appointment to 617-796-1660. The system will provide options and guide you through the process. The AI Assistant also will allow you to indicate any preferences you have, such as days, times, or counselors.
