1. What motivated you to go into this business?
I spent most of the last 12 years working for companies with hundreds of employees, focusing on a specific industry at a time and helping a single company grow. The more I've seen, the more interested I've become more in helping communities grow -- rather than bigger businesses. As a Pacifica resident, I want to work with friends and neighbors on whatever issues they truly need help with, and move on or come back to do more work in line with the flow of their needs. I think small businesses deserve access to the resources of larger companies. I think I can help provide access to some of these -- and to be honest, I think it will be much more fun than working for bigger companies.
2. What is your primary product or service of your business?
I offer business consulting services for small businesses. My specialty is using existing data to save time and money in new ways. As a former software product manager, I use an analytical approach to identify solutions, estimate Return on Investment and solve problems. I have a background in marketing and enjoy working with business owners to refine their messaging and use communication channels in creative ways.
3. Who is your primary market?
I am interested in reaching any Coastside business owner with a project or business problem that has been causing bottlenecks, profit loss, or stress. I'm also happy to help with fun projects like new product launches, event preparation, etc.
4. What are your plans for the future (special offers)? I offer a Pacifica Friends and Neighbors discount and plan to do so indefinitely.
5. What else would you like to share with our members?
